Movie Poster Round-Up: Let Me In, Devil, Sucker Punch, Machete

I’ve been kind of falling behind on my movie posters over the past couple of weeks, and with an influx of new posters debuting at Comic-Con, I thought it was probably time to get caught up with another round-up post. This week the first character posters for Zack Snyder’s Sucker Punch have arrived online. I haven’t really been following the development of this film so far, but I’m willing to bet that every adolescent male on the planet just got a lot more interested in it. Hot chicks with guns will win out over owls any day of the week.

We also have a very cool one sheet for Red that is based on the design of the graphic novel cover, and new posters for Let Me In, Howl and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. However, I think my favourite is the clever yet minimal artwork for Devil… either that or the retro design of the French Piranha 3D poster. Which ones are you a fan of? Check out the full gallery of posters after the jump.

  1. Except for Carla Gugino and possibly Cheung, they could have cast the Sucker Punch females a bit better.. Or at least more interesting, without having seen the movie of course.. The “Let Me In” poster doesn´t look like Chloë Moretz

  2. I don’t know what suckerpunch is but I am now horny..

  3. Hornets’ Nest, maybe Howl if they make a decent stab of it, aside, these films look utter garbage.
It’s Kind of a Funny Story poster makes it look like the worst kind of schmindie, mumblecore tripe, but from the trailer it seems kinda interesting… despite it actually being schmindie mumblecore etc.

  4. Greetings from Kuwait!

Sucker Punch looks very dieselpunk. I have no idea what it’s about, but I’m now interested.

  5. “The Poem That Rocked A Generation”. Never thought I would see that on a movie poster…or anywhere.

  6. ^^^^^^ That’s pretty funny.

  7. Best:
    Let Me In
    and
    Saw 3D.

We’ll see if they turn out to be any good.

  8. My boner will go see sucker punch

did Zack Galafinakis go to the Winnie the Pooh school for modeling? ever since the poster of the hangover. one foot in front, one foot behind, hip up, shoulder turned

  9. The Suckerpunch posters remind me of the Spirit posters trying to get teenagers into the theatre with posters of all the hot girls in the movie. The Devil one is nice and clean and simple. I also like the Harry Potter 7 poster.

  10. WHAT ?!?!?!?!

No Lindsay Lohan Machete poster ?

  11. Is faster, fast and the furious 5? I like devil’s poster and let me in be use of their minimalist design. I like some of the less obvious air hushed sucker punch posters. And saw always has good posters but the movies are shit.
