  1. I’ve been wondering for years if anyone would have a go at a Dan Dare movie. If this does go ahead I wonder what angle they will take on it? Hoping for a kind of retro 50s futurism myself, in homage to the original strip.
    Will be difficult to pull off though, as it’ll be quite singular, and the Yanks are aggressive to anything they don’t recognise (see reactions to Tin-Tin passim).
