When the latest game sells 4.7 million units in 24 hours, I think a movie is a no brainer… but would it be modern or WWII?

It would have to be modern, as the series has achieved its crazy level of popularity with the modern games.

It’ll definitely be based off of the MW franchise as that’s the one that’s keeping people interested. It’s also a pretty weak idea as the 2 MW games are so based around generic action film tropes presented from a first person perspective that to put it to film is redundant.

The MW games in filmic form will pretty much be any Michael Bay movie. I rewatched TF2 recently and the amount of millitary prick-waving in that movie was nauseating. And that’s when it was supposed to be about giant robots.
