Empire Fan Favourites This Month: The Exorcist and Happy Gilmore
As another month draws to a close, our good friends over at Empire Theatres are preparing for another edition of their monthly Empire Fan Favourites event! This month we have not one but two different movies playing on separate nights. One is arguably the scariest movie of all time, William Friedkin’s The Exorcist, while the other will be one of Adam Sandler’s most popular comedies, Happy Gilmore. My Empire Theaters over here in St. John’s, Newfoundland played Ghostbusters last week. I don’t think they do it every month like yours does, but it does seem to be every 2 or 3 months. At the beginning of summer they showed Jurassic Park, then in August they showed Army of Darkness, now this month Ghostbusters.
