I had the pleasure of sitting next to him on the 4.5 hour flight from L.A. to Toronto last night and we spoke at length about various things, including of course Ghostbusters. He told me how great it was for the guys to get together to do the voices for the video game and was hopefull that the third installement of the film will be a reality. If i heard correctly, a script is ready, they just have to all agree to do the film. BTW, he's in Toronto for 3 days to do a comic convention of some kind. I just finished playing the game on xbox 360 and it defenetly left me wanting more ghostbusters. but it was a game, if they had used the same scriped or ideas in a movie it would have been a flop, We don't want that. Heck this year on April 1st they announced from Sony that they are making a Ghostbusters 3 and quote that it isn't an April fools joke. Ivan Reitman has already confirmed on Oct.10-2009 at a Spanish place that Ghostbusters 3 is on it's way and it is and everyone is in. All of the Original GB's. Dan already confirmed that May 2009.
