She had something with Professor Xavier and Magneto and she always got betrayed and the way she survived and used people to get there in her point of perspective and how vindictive and seductive she would be to turn it into her own ways make her the perfect villain that we all love to see and make her do her crazy stunts to kick her opponents and leave some clues behind to show her intelligence and to mock with her opponent cause she know she is that good and very tricky it would be very entertaining. Mystique actually has one of the more interesting backstories...She is Nightcrawler's mother, a backstory they chose not to use when they made X-Men United. And in the comics I believe she raised Rogue as well. But even if they decide these backstories are not in the canon they've established in the X-Men movies, there is so much they could do with the character. At the very least, I think she should be present in the Magneto film, with more history revealed about her than was given in the X-Men movies. I beg to differ with Ryan M. Let's instead harass Fox to stop making mutant movies altogether, so that the film rights revert back to Marvel/Disney.
