First Photos of The A-Team Cast

Up until now, the only leaked photos we had seen from the set of The A-Team movie featured their trusty GMC van driving around a dirt road — an important piece of the puzzle, to be sure, but not exactly the most exciting photo subject. Now this week we’ve got our first look at all four of the primary cast members assembled and in character. I love it when a plan comes together!
From left to right we have: Quinton “Rampage” Jackson as B.A. Baracus, Liam Neeson as Hannibal, Sharlto Copley as Murdock, and Bradley Cooper as Face. I know it’s not much to go on, but what are your initial impressions? Do these guys fit the images of the new A-Team that you had in your head? After the jump also check out the first picture of Jessica Biel from the film courtesy of Splash News. The A-Team hits theatres on June 11th, 2010.

Uh … yeah, yeah I’m going to be blindly optimistic about this one (after seeing that picture that is).
Posted by Ian on October 6th, 2009Well they look a pretty close match to the original A-Team TV cast, so I’m happy. I want to see more of B.A. though. Does he have the gold chains and mohawk?
Posted by Andrew on October 6th, 2009It’ll be interesting to find out more info on the characters and the background. I mean, are they supposed to be exactly like their TV counterparts, except in a modern-day context? For example, is Copley playing Murdock as an American? It would almost seem more appropriate to play him as a South African in a kind of crazier version of his District 9 character. Imagine if Wikus were done with an American accent. Just wouldn’t be the same.
Posted by Maopheus on October 6th, 2009INCREDIBLE shot of the A-Team IN FULL EFFECT!!! Be careful your EYES don’t BURST with the SHEER STAGGERING EXTREMENESS contained within!!!
Posted by The Incredible Suit on October 7th, 2009Copley is very probably doing an American accent for this. He mentioned a few weeks ago that he was shooting a movie in Vancouver where he wouldn’t be keeping a South African accent. Clearly he was referring to the A-Team.
Posted by DHE on October 7th, 2009I’ve been working background on the show and yes, Rampage has the mohawk, didn’t see any chains though but then again I only saw him and his trainer with the focus pads training outside of his trailer. They pretty much let him ad lib most of his lines and man is he ever funny, you won’t be disappointed. I was a little worried about Liam as Hannibal but wow, he really pulls it off.
Posted by Steerforth on October 7th, 2009Looks good visually, with Neeson, Rampage, Wikus and the van they’ve got good ingredients.
Posted by Duke Togo on October 8th, 2009The van isn’t 100% accurate, but looks good nonetheless.
Posted by Tommy on October 9th, 2009Will they finally get a pardon in this movie?? I’m glad they kept the original concept of the van.
Posted by Underdog on October 12th, 2009Oh, and B.A. isn’t afraid of flying. It was one of my favorite parts of the show.
