Weekly Movie Poster Round-Up: The Men Who Stare at Goats, Toy Story 3, The Crazies

Yep, it’s that time again… time to take a look at some newly-released movie posters and bask in their graphic design-y goodness! The past week or so has been kind of lacking in terms of new posters, but I finally managed to pull together a nice batch of one sheets that are visually interesting and/or atrociously awful.

Among this week’s picks, we’ve got a gorgeous one sheet for The Men Who Stare at Goats, a pretty bland Toy Story 3 teaser poster, and some epic artwork for John Woo’s Red Cliff. There’s also a completely uninteresting poster for Joe Dante’s The Hole, a nice one for The Messenger (Oscilloscope always does great design work), and then there’s The Rock’s latest disaster waiting to happen, Tooth Fairy.     I agree the post above. Antichrist is the best poster.
    Toy Story 3 would of but the white type is way too big!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    It makes it look cheap.

  3. I think that “THE TOOTH HURTS” poster is pretty fucking hilarious. Way better than that NPH on a unicorn that people flipped about.

  5. 4th Kind, Red Cliff and Antichrist are my favorites. Especially the Antichrist one is really unique!

  7. Fourth Kind and The Crazies are probably the only posters out of the group that make me want to see the movies not knowing what they’re about. Antichrist looks pretty wicked too.

    Takers and Red Cliff are a bore.
