Gimme the Mickey Mouse version any day of the week. I think it’s only 20-30 minutes, they play it every year around the holidays and it’s great. When you got a character named Scrooge McDuck, it’s a slam-dunk no-brainer.

Good point… I think of Scrogged with Bill Murray and it is a Christmas Classic.
Maybe not Christmas Vacation Classic but a Classic.

By the way, it also lists 45 different TV shows that have presented their own version of the tale since 1944, made worse by the fact that they’re all replayed every year at Christmas.

Wikipedia lists 21 film adaptations of this movie since 1901. Other than my mother and people with no short term memories, who isn’t sick to death of this premise?

Only if there is a twist that is good would I check it out. Seen this story done so many times….. even Duck style….
Other than that make this a video game or a blu-ray choose your own adventure style. With a choice like push Tiny Tim off his crutch/gimp leg and if you do you go see satan not santa.
