when everyone else asks if i preffered john travol;ta in grease or patrick swayze in dirty dancing, the answer is ALWAYS patrick swayze, “nobody puts baby in the corner”!

I think Patrick Swayze will always be remembered for his kindness and openess about his life. I think he was a gentle soul who will live on through his wonderful movies and the song he sang,(my favorite) She’s like the wind. He will be missed and remembered always. My heart felt Sympathy to his family and especially to his lovely wife Lisa. May he rest in peace now and always.

He is definitely going to be missed. Not only for his movies and his dancing, but for the courageous fight against cancer. My great aunt just died of Pancreatic cancer, and her sister died of it several years ago. It is such a painful thing to watch, knowing that they are suffering and even with the care of a nurse, it is just knowing that their days are numbered that makes it so hard. Prayers go out to his family.

I JUST watched Road House for the first time this past weekend and it was fuckin’ ACES! HE WAS RIPPIN’ DUDE’S THROATS OUT WAAAAY BEFORE JOHN RAMBO!

He really seemed like a rare breed in Hollywood. He was always gracious and honest in interviews and seemed to treat all with equal respect. The fact that he’s also one of the few men in the biz to stick with the same woman his entire career is another testament to his character.

Pretty cool dude all around.

He’ll surely be missed.

Swayze were awesome in Roadhouse. His death really puts a downer on things having cancer myself. May his fighting spirit through all of this be an inspiration to us all. R.I.P.
