I think with the current economic greed and Bernie Madoff’s recent indictment and being sent to prison, YES there would be room for a new WALL STREET, based on GREED, which seems to run rampant today on all fronts. I do not know why those doubt Shia Labeouf, I don’t care one way or another, but having Charlie Sheen and Michael Douglas on board is important. Could prove very interesting if handled correctly.

Stone hasn’t been good in more than 10 years and the oringinal Wall Street is less of a classic and more of an over the top silly-fest with as much boring didacticism as Michael’s Moore post-9/11 productions.

Seems like a good idea to capitalize on the current global climate. I have to remain skeptical but it’s an interesting idea, despite Shia. God I hope there’s tons of “no, no, no, no” lines in the script.

I think this can be good. I’m not a fan of shia labeouf so that’s my biggest concern. A new wall street movie in our current economic climate should be very diffrent from the old movie so I’m interested.
