Some of the still image comparisons of the two films floating around on the internet are so strikingliy similar that it warrants at least a cursory review of “leagl options.”

Yes, both films have terrible CG but I think this goes beyond merely sharing gut wrenchingly, awful, rubber-alien, Jar-Jar Binks’ish, CG.

Delgo was enough of a passion project and a flop that even a negative attention lawsuit is going to help it recoup some dough.
