The Joker was supposed to be cartoony and over the top in that first movie and he just created a great, iconic character imo

Why isn’t Batman Returns in there. In my opinion it outdoes the original. My personal top is:

I never see whats soo amazing about Nicholson’s version of The Joker, to me he seemed too much like a cartoon character than anything, and no I’m not comparing it to Ledger’s performance.
