Looks great, but the trailer is virtually unwatchable due to all the ‘to black’ fades.

Interesting, it looks very 300ish, and hopefully it’s nothing like “Legend of the Seeker”. That was worse then the book.

Interesting. I didn’t even know that Starz did their own series. Yes, the 300 look is replicated pretty well, although it does lend itself to pretty cool trailer material just by its very nature. I agree that I’m not sure if this can be sustained for an on-going series. I would think a 3-4 part miniseries would suffice. I’m sure it will be rife with inaccuracies of course just like Gladiator.
