The first one grew on me after I saw it the first time and didn’t like it. This looks like more of the same though… this time though Michael is thought to be dead, but is not dead. Then, he makes his way back to the house he grew up in, and pretty much kills everyone and everything. Not much of a story. Do you want a good story or something that is really gory? I take story.

some of those scenes and the tag line “family is forever” seem Texas Chainsaw-ish.

When he flips the car it reminds me of the Incredible Hulk TV show with Lou.

The trailer looks oddly boring.

Horror is not only a good genre because it can combine all the other genres, via romance,comedy, and action, but because it’s a good way to create character.

A movie can be scary almost solely with likable characters placed in bad situations.

JMO.

From what I read, Zombie just wants gore and just revels in the kills, and that’s good for his audience, but I hope there’s some sort of good story with it.

He talked about developing the sister character more, so that could be potentially promising, but if I had to place my bets it’s probably been handled incorrectly.

The visual style of the film turns me off the most but the worst part was the boy asking MM was he a giant, which reminded me of the “tooth-fairy” in Transformers.
