I had a good time with it. But I'm the type of person who loved the idea of Ferrell constantly chirping that T-Rex from the beginning, so maybe it's just my type of movie. Land of the Lost beat expectations based on reviews. While its got Hollywood CGI Adventure all over it and as such plays conventionally, its Ferrell and McBride scribbling outside the lines and the way they react to things that made it better than expected.
