Final Destination 4: The Final Destination Trailer

finaldestination4trailer

Well, I still haven’t seen the first three Final Destination movies, but I’m guessing they weren’t all that important since they weren’t actually… you know, final. The fourth installment, is being called simply “THE” Final Destination so clearly if you’re only going to see one, this is probably your best bet. (Err… just like the fourth Friday the 13th was The Final Chapter, right?)

Snakes on a Plane director David R. Ellis returns to the profitable teen horror franchise after previously helming Final Destination 2, and this time around he’s working in GLORIOUS 3-D. I guess if they get creative enough with the deaths it could be kind of fun, but I don’t know… a car wash, escalator and lawn mower? It seems to me like they might be running out of ideas. After missing out on My Bloody Valentine 3-D earlier this year, I’m kind of curious to see a horror movie in the new 3-D, but I honestly don’t know if I can sit through 90 minutes of this. What do you think? The Final Destination hits theatres on August 28th… watch out Rob Zombie!

  1. Wait… its called Final Destination 4 The Final Destination? So the title actually has final destination in it twice? With only one other word and a number?

Either somebody should be fired or they are breaking child labor laws.

  2. The opening of Final Destination 2 is actually quite awesome. It’s on a highway and was choreographed by the guy who choreographed the highway scene in The Matrix Reloaded. Don’t remember anything else from this series (I’m pretty sure I saw the first 2 in their entirety), but I remember that scene as being pretty surprising in a series like this.

  3. I’m only interested in this because David R. Ellis is back in the director’s chair. His FD 2 was a blast. And as Henrik said the opening highway massacre is a sight to behold.

  4. Love this Friggin series can’t wait. Suck it 3-D haters! Jay I’m talking to you.

  5. Anyone notice that all the live action movies of this 3D trend are as blatently gimmicky as the 50s and 80s waves?

  6. I loved the first, hated the second one, and couldn’t even finisht the third.I’m just glad this is the last…..hopefully.

  7. This is my most anticipated movie this summer outside the festival circuit.

  8. I think this films final destination is the straight to DVD shelf at your local Blockbuster.

    Get it?

  9. This is gonna be off the chain good! I’m gonna go see it, with my cousin, his girlfriend (My homie), and my sisters. I cannot wait dude!

  10. I have a question on the movie title. Its is called The Final destination.. its not called The Final Destination 4 the death trap because I took a quiz on flixer and i got that question wrong and I want to make sure I’m right on the movie title
