Yeah, I have no idea how they selected this movie either (but happy they did so I can see it), and apparently they are doing a "vote for the next Criterion bluray" on amazon.com. I voted for Kwaidan of the 4 or 5 choices, though honestly that one wouldn't be first on my list. Cool… hoping that essay by Richie puts it into perspective, too.
