Woody Harrelson Still Living in Zombieland, Mistakes Photographer for Zombie
It’s a dangerous world out there for a TMZ photographer, and even more dangerous when you come face to face with Woody Harrelson, who is known for losing his temper and who is apparently still recovering from the intensity of his most recent role in front of a camera. Harrelson reportedly pushed a photographer and damaged his camera last Wednesday after being approached outside of La Guardia airport in New York. His excuse? He thought the man was a zombie.
A publicist recently released the following statement from Woody, which is surely one of the most ingenious arguments ever made:
“I wrapped a movie called Zombieland, in which I was constantly under assault by zombies, then flew to New York, still very much in character. With my daughter at the airport I was startled by a paparazzo, who I quite understandably mistook for a zombie.”
Awesome. According to CNN, charges are still up in the air, but if you ask me TMZ should be thanking him for giving them such good material.

for following someone; he should have gone else where.
But of course we know that that wasn’t the case.
The asshole’s just tryin ta make a celeb look bad, to make money. Personally, I think the camera zombies go too far with that shit, and get away with it. I’m on Woody’s side, on this issue; but that’s me.

All paparazzi are stalkers, yet I can’t deny I enjoy their “work”. Is there something in LA law that says someone isn’t a stalker if they are holding a camera? I don’t get why they haven’t cracked down on this stuff which will surely incite mortal kombat or fatal injury someday (Princess Diana’s death doesn’t count).
Seeing how the guy kept following Woody after being “assaulted” I really hope he doesn’t get more than a bill for the camera in court.

I’d say it’s pretty clear that the guy who got is camera broken was asking for it. It’s a little sad that we live in a society where harassing and stalking someone can is a profitable industry and seemingly popular carrier choice. Maybe celebrities should start copyrighting their faces and then sew paparazzi for copyright infringement.
