Weekly Poll Results: Best Vin Diesel Movie
In honour of the soon-to-be $70 million-grossing Fast and Furious, last week we asked you to pick your favourite movie from the relatively painful filmography of Mr. Vin Diesel. The results from said poll placed Pitch Black at the top by a fairly large margin, followed by The Fast and the Furious and The Chronicles of Riddick. It’s interesting that his older films generally seem to rank higher than the new ones (Babylon A.D. being dead last). What do you think, did Vin Diesel squander his early opportunities, and now that Fast and Furious has revitalized his career, do you see him doing the same thing all over again?

Oh c’mon, Babylon AD makes the top ten but not Saving Private Ryan?
Posted by Jonathan on April 8th, 2009I mentioned when I first posted the poll that I excluded both Saving Private Ryan and The Iron Giant because they’re not really “Vin Diesel” movies (ie. he’s not the main star). Plus Saving Private Ryan would have blown everything else out of the water.
Posted by Sean on April 8th, 2009I think the fast and furious wont do any good for him either, I think the fans from the first one have grown these days and gone over the childish idea of modified sports car with body kits. I wont go cinema for it but I’ll rent the DVD.
