This could be a follow up to the underrated genius that is Brain Donors, a reworking of Night At The Opera by The Marx Bros.

I have never seen anything regarding the Stooges, only glimpses in other films, it just something that was never shown over here and I’ve never actively sought out.

O.k. then I do sort of have a problem with it. I would love to see a Man On The Moon type show with some of their famous slapstick scenes redone. That would be great because you could see them all sore from working like 60 hours a week pumping out three films. You could get in to how they choreographed the stuff. And you could see their off screen personalities. Yeah, a reboot stooges is a lost opportunity.

In the Variety article it confirms that it’s not a biopic:

“The film is not a biopic, but rather a comedy built around the antics of the three characters that Moe Howard, Larry Fine and Howard played in the Columbia Pictures shorts.”

Ask and you shall receive Kasper. Roseanne is supposedly working on a new family sitcom with herself playing the mother again.

One of the writers of Arrested Development is scripting the pilot.

I’d love to see a movie version of Roseanne, or better yet, a new show. Throw continuity out the window, bring all of the good parts of the cast back, oh yeah.

Three Stooges related, couldn’t care less. I guess it’s an American thing, because I’ve never seen anything with them.
