This Week on DVD: Punisher: War Zone, Twilight, Afro Ninja
After last week’s massive DVD extravaganza, your wallet can take some time to recover since there aren’t too many major releases this week — with the exception of Twilight (which doesn’t actually hit stores until Saturday). Punisher: War Zone came and went from theatres without so much as a whisper but might be worth a rental on DVD. There’s also the Ben Kingsley / Penélope Cruz drama Elegy, which received pretty decent reviews. Then there are a few movies you probably haven’t even heard of, like the Mischa Barton thriller Walled In, or Afro Ninja: Destiny, a direct-to-video feature based on the popular viral video star! Last but not least, Mr. Belvedere is now available for the first time on DVD… you know you want it.

Yes, I’m giddy with glee. Bloody hell I have to wait until Saturday.
Posted by Marina on March 17th, 2009May 19th. T2 Skynet Edition. Already bought the ten dollar version. Need another one. The Complete Collector’s Set is a disappointment because it includes the past DVD editions and I bet that skull looks cheap in real life.
