Weekly Poll Results: Worst Comic Book Movie
Poor Halle Berry. The results from last week’s poll are in, and it looks like you guys voted Catwoman the worst comic book movie to date! I still haven’t seen the thing in its entirety, but now I’m thinking maybe I should. Batman & Robin was a close second, followed by Elektra, and while I don’t necessarily disagree, I am guessing they just happen to be ones that most people have seen. By comparison, I can only assume most people haven’t seen Spawn, because I’m not quite sure it deserves to be “the best of the worst” so to speak. What do you think… are these poll results accurate?

Definitely right with Catwoman. Come on skin cream that gives you superpowers?
Spawn was a letdown, mostly because it was directed by a first time director who works in special effects most of the time. It needed a better director with a darker vision. Michael Sheen wasn’t a good villain either. It had promise and I would have liked to see a sequel handled by somebody else.

Posted by Film-Book dot Com on March 10th, 2009I don’t know. Spawn wasn’t a perfect film, or even a great one, but when compared to the rest of the tripe up there, it’s fairly decent. Same goes for Judge Dredd, IMAO.

Also, I think Batman and Robin got robbed. I wish MST3K riffed on any of these movies. I would pay cash money to see that.
