Open Forum Friday: What Are Your Oscar Predictions?

I’ll be the first to admit that this year’s Oscar race is looking pretty boring — not just because so many of the nominated films are bland and typical, but also because most of the favourites are near locks for their respective categories. Still, as we’ve seen in the past, there are always at least a few surprises at the Academy Awards, and I’m willing to bet that we’ll see an upset or two somewhere along the way.
But who are the underdogs that actually have a shot at winning? Which categories are the most up for grabs? Why not lay it on the line and place some of your own predictions in the comments below. I’ve provided a list of the current odds-on favourites for the major categories, but feel free to predict any others as well (see the full list of nominees here, and odds here).

If I had to pick an upset, I would guess Sean Penn over Rourke, or maybe Fincher over Boyle.
