Watchmen: Tales of the Black Freighter Trailer
Warner Brothers has released a teaser trailer for the upcoming Watchmen direct-to-DVD animated movie Tales of the Black Freighter, which hits stores on March 24th as previously announced. The quality of the animation looks decent, although I’m still not quite convinced that it deserves its own standalone release. (I think it would have made a better bonus feature on the Watchmen DVD.) You can also check out the trailer in HD courtesy of MTV Overdrive (in the U.S. only). Is this enough to convince you to fork out the cash to buy the DVD or Blu-ray?

This looks kinda shitty. I’ll Netflix it just out of sheer curiosity, but I don’t see this selling well.
