Film Junk Weekend Wrap-Up: Logan’s Run Remake, Paul Blart 2, Our Favourite Albums of 2008

The new Super Bowl trailers are clearly causing the biggest stir around the web this weekend, but there were also quite a few new projects announced in the headlines this week (some rumoured and some confirmed). Both the Tomb Raider and Predator franchises look to be headed for reboots, meanwhile The A-Team, Robert Ludlum’s Sigma Protocol, and Neil Gaiman’s The Graveyard Book all landed interesting directors. Then there’s Mickey Rourke and his rumoured participation in Wrestlemania 25; even though his publicist says it’s not happening, I have a feeling there’s still more to the story.
