New To Theatres This Weekend: Bride Wars, The Unborn, Not Easily Broken

The New Year is getting off to a pretty slow start with only two major releases in theatres weekend: Bride Wars starring Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson, and David S. Goyer’s The Unborn. Clint Eastwood’s Gran Torino is also finally in wide release, while both The Reader and Revolutionary Road expand ever so slightly. Sounds like a good week to curl up with a DVD at home. Will you be watching anything this weekend?

I’m just praying The Wrestler eventually goes wide. I’m dying to see that in theaters.
Posted by Alex on January 9th, 2009I will, reluctantly, be going to see The Unborn at some point and only because my love for Gary Oldman compels me. I remember seeing the trailer for it and deciding quite vocally that I would never see this movie, only for him to pop up on screen and change my decision. It’s terrible.
For Toronto-area people, I think The Wrestler is expanding into about six or seven more theatres in the area.
Posted by Liz on January 9th, 2009In life there are one occasion any one love to make it as dream. Hire in the movie called Bride Wars (2009) I just saw topic that important thing in two wonderful ladies. Who are very much grow up together. Saw they dream from the childhood to take their both weeding on the same day. Of course they even found their love ones together, in the mean time because of simple mistake only ones wedding can be taken on the dream hotel. This simple thing destroy their friend ship in quick time and tries to stop each other wedding. Saw this wonderful movie on http://www.80millionmoviesfree.com it is the most hilarious wedding story I ever experience.
Posted by shani on January 9th, 2009The Unborn looks like it’ll have some good scares (or it may try too hard) to compensate for the weak “unborn evil male twin trying to be born again” story line. I just want the scares.
