Who invented movies?

Louis Aimé Augustin Le Prince (born 28 August 1842, vanished 16 September 1890) was an inventor who is considered by many film historians as the true father of motion pictures, who shot the first moving pictures on paper film using a single lens camera.

A Frenchman who also worked in the United Kingdom and the United States, Le Prince conducted his ground-breaking work in 1888 in the city of Leeds, West Yorkshire, England.

In October 1888, Le Prince filmed moving picture sequences Roundhay Garden Scene and a Leeds Bridge street scene using his single-lens camera and Eastman's paper film. These were several years before the work of competing inventors such as Thomas Edison (whose first motion picture was made in 1891) and Auguste and Louis Lumière (who made their first motion picture in 1892). Roundhay Garden Scene is listed by the Guinness Book of Records and Internet Movie Database as the earliest surviving motion picture.

Oh dear lord... I really think that us worrying about india's film industry remaking BTTF is just silly. We all know that it wont be official for one thing and for another.... it wont be counted as an attempt on BTTF because its foreign and they can't possibly understand what is so AMERICAN about BTTF.
I'm not worried. NOTHING can top Back to the Future in any way, shape or form. And considering MJF's condition in life as of now its just in very poor taste to even think about it in Hollywood's case.

And I SERIOUSLY believe that our Hollywood isn't GOING to EVER touch it... out of respect... they would have ALREADY tried if that were the case.

You cannot replace one damn thing in BTTF, so why replace any of it at all? Christopher Lloyd? COME ON! NOT ONE SOUL could ever capture the ESSENSE of Doc Brown AT ALL. ONLY HIM. and ONLY Michael J Fox will EVER BE Marty McFly. NOBODY. NOT A ONE. and I like a LOT of new actors.. and there is a LOT of talent out there... but NOBODY can touch this film.

So a try from the foreign land of India doesn't concern me. If Hollywood EVERY tries it, I might just have to go into hiding out of shame.

LEAVE THIS FRANCHISE ALONE - HOLLYWOOD.

And to India - GO AHEAD AND JUST TRY IT. REALLY.

We'll laugh you off the globe, losers.
