Film Junk Weekend Wrap-Up: Emo Boy, The Fountain Recut, Bret Easton Ellis

It was a mixed bag of headlines from around the movie blogosphere this week including news of a They Live remake and a fan campaign to win The Dark Knight some Academy Awards, but there were also plenty of smaller stories we didn’t get a chance to post about including Rob Zombie’s possible return to the Halloween franchise, Jay Baruchel landing a big role in an upcoming Disney film, and Darren Aronofsky’s plans to continue tinkering with The Fountain. The line-up for next year’s Sundance film festival was also announced, and the final verdict is in on the sexual preference of the main character in The Transporter movies. Who knew?
