Sean didn’t mention it as he ran down William Friedkin’s filmography, but I gotta recommend his “To Live and Die in L.A.” starring William Petersen and Willem Defoe. It’s pretty intense, and there’s a great soundtrack by Wang Chung.

Yes, I should’ve mentioned that. I was definitely disappointed with the full-screen when I got Sorcerer from Netflix. I hope they reissue it sometime soon.

What sucks about The Sorcerer DVD from Paramount is that its fullscreen and I have no interest watching that. Sadly I didn’t know that fact when I ordered it so now it sits on my shelve still wrapped in plastic.

Wish I could chime in on the chatter about Kevin Smith. Also people that TRY to be as obscure as possible with their artistic tastes sicken me.

@Jay: You need check your history and tell us what that gore site was! Ever since Ogrish went sucky there’s no one-stop-site for that stuff. And I know what you mean…sometimes you have to force yourself to turn it off…
