They do capture the atmosphere very well though. But this new trailer doesn't cut it for me. I hate the little snippets from the previous films - they feel like placeholders for effect-shots. Sean, I understand how the movie feels like it avoids Voldie conflict. Back before I read the books (I saw the films all the way up to Goblet of Fire) I thought the same thing (and still do). I'll just state it again: you have to read the books to understand the phenom. Some of the greatest character writing I've ever read! Most characters are actually 4-D and you feel the elusive grasp of Voldemort all over the place. Mind you I'm not one of those asses that always thinks "the books are better" like the two mediums are incomparable. I used to think HP was kinda lame too...until I read it. If you still deny yourself the pleasure I'll go ahead and note that the Book 7 movies will not feel like the Scooby Doo/Power Rangers style of same-story-every-time bit. You barely see the school or a wicked new teacher in the 7th book. The video is M.I.A. now but we’ll see it soon enough.
