Just clicked Groundhog Day for the fact that you can watch it infinitely. It is one of the Murray movies that couldn’t work w/o him…damn, can’t see any of these movies w/o him actually.

I think Rushmore and Lost in Translation are still his best performances. Groundhog Day is definitely the quintessential Bill Murray movie. All these are great films though. Hey, where’s Scrooged?

Where’s the love for Broken Flowers? I just watched it again tonight, I had to vote for it. Groundhog Day is awesome too, and I love Lost in Translation, but that’s a shared performance with Scarlett Johansson. I’m not a Wes Anderson fan, and I haven’t seen his other movies in a long time, but Billy Murray overall is pretty damn awesome.

It was a tough call – but I had to go with Caddyshack. And Sean’s right, Broken Flowers is fantastic.

Argh this is tough. I went with What About Bob since it’s mostly Murray that supplies the comedy and I remember it being one of the last comedies I could enjoy with my family so it had a broad appeal. Though most of these are great performances and if I had to give to him for just one scene it would probably be the Rushmore diving board cig in mouth Budweiser trunks cannonball.

How did cornenfly manage to press the “sumbit comment” button? God bless his soul. Maybe it was a Fight Club type of suicide, where you’re totally alive afterward. Or maybe he positioned his body in such a way, that after the last line was typed and the trigger pulled, the body would fall in such a way as to click the mouse and to press the submit button.
