Adam Sandler’s mediocre You Don’t Mess With The Zohan and M. Night Shyamalan’s underperforming The Happening both hit stores today, along with Gus Van Sant’s latest film Paranoid Park. Halloween-related releases are also really starting to ramp up this week with a couple of low budget sequels (Feast II, Joy Ride 2), some special edition re-issues (Faces of Death, Beetlejuice, Rob Zombie’s Halloween), and a ton of Blu-ray releases (Carrie, The Omen, The Amityville Horror). Best packaging of the week has to go to Speed Racer: The Complete Classic Collection, however.
