Maybe I’m too Hollywood, but I actually think this is ripe for good drama. If it’s written well and the stories are relevant to people east of Anaheim, it has to be better than most of the crap that’s on the tube.

I liked the movie too and when I had heard of this series I thought it was ridiculous (like probably everyone else did). Episode after episode about race is just going to get tired. I don’t understand what kind of logic made this film ripe for a series (answer: Hollywood Logic).

I’m checking out the Television Forecast here and it says failure with a strong chance of cancelation by the third episode.
