You’ve been waiting all week, and now here it is… another round-up of the best of the worst that the web has to offer! This week I’m pleased to present a celebrity in a compromising situation as young Shia LaBeouf appears drunk at a party, asking his friend to slap him. The thing is, he also lets a certain derogatory word slip, and was forced to issue a public apology. What a bad ass.
