Is this so you don't have to smell the stench of your snobbish critique? It was an action movie that had a simple focus. No unnecessary peachiness over heavy handed character development or T&A. The impact on movies is undeniable. Free running was non-existent till this movie now every action movie includes it. That is impact. I don't really think a sequel is necessary, but since the only notable thing about the new movie (much like the previous one) will most likely be the action sequences, I guess it doesn't much matter if it's a sequel or just some new unrelated film. None of the same characters will be coming back, will they? Does anyone care? I'll bet twice as many people have watched B13's parkour scenes on YouTube as have seen the actual movie.
