Film Junk Weekend Wrap-Up: June 8, 2008

weekendjune8_08.jpg

This past week, the massive fire at Universal Studios was a hot topic among film archivists, while The Weinstein Company attempted to make amends for their treatment of the upcoming movie Fanboys. New projects for Tim Burton and Brian DePalma are slowly taking shape, and Ed Norton got screwed out of a writing credit for Incredible Hulk (but that’s okay, because Lou Ferrigno is doing the voice of the Hulk). Last, and probably least, the official title for Transformers 2 sent shockwaves across the industry. The movie world may never be the same again!
