That is, if the MacGyver they bring back is the MacGyver from the first couple of seasons: special agent, foreign locales, larger than life situations, main character is humble, smart, but has a certain edge to him. The MacGyver of the later years so PC that he lost his machismo. Instead of saving the world he lectured the audience. Who wants that? I'll watch a clever man in a smart movie. Bring back MacGyver, the original MacGyver. I would go see this. On the other hand, that's also why I question whether or not it's even going to happen at this point... it could just be him trying to build hype for something he wants to do.
