This Week on DVD – Apr. 15, 2008

Overall, a solid week for DVD releases. Obviously the big one is Jason Reitman’s smash hit Juno, but also don’t miss Lars and the Real Girl, another worthwhile flick that was on Film Junk’s Year End Top 10 List. Sidney Lumet’s Before The Devil Knows You’re Dead is out this week, along with Jeff Garlin’s small indie comedy I Want Someone To Eat Cheese With. If you’re in the mood for some horror, you can choose from the French film Inside, Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (Unrated of course), or Uwe Boll’s In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale (I’m sure it’s horrific in its own right). Academy-Award nominated documentary War/Dance is also out today, plus Commando and Predator on Blu-ray! What else do you need?
