There were one or two little sci-fi concepts in there that I enjoyed, but that only means that the movie was maybe 3% enjoyable for me. I had no interest in seeing this anime before watching the teaser, and it's production company must have wanted to keep it that way because they sure as hell didn't show me anything worth watching.
