Film Junk Weekend Wrap-Up: Apr. 6, 2008

Even on a busy week Charlton Heston’s death would easily be the biggest movie-related news story, but considering the fact that things not much else has happened recently, good ol’ Chuck is certainly the prime topic for discussion here. We did also learn this week that the upcoming director’s cut of Dark City may get a theatrical release of some sort, and Edgar Wright revealed some early details about his next movie with Simon Pegg. A new trailer for Hellboy II also hit the web, along with the first look at the intriguing Fernando Meirelles film Blindness.
