SORRY CLINT! ‘Gran Torino? -a total cop-out! esp.
as millions continue to suffer and die on this,
the once again ‘mysteriously overlooked’ 60th Anniversary of the epically, eerily, urgently
relevant –STILL unfolding—KOREAN WAR…

I loved this movie and can relate to every word. I believe, Clint Eastwood will get many awards for this movie and wish him the best.

Gran Torino is a great movie. I hope all on here who made the disparaging remarks take time to see it. He will win an oscar for this movie for sure.

I think that all those who look at Clint’s age are like all the other critics who have nothing else to do but complain and cry about everything. What is wrong with these people? do they not have a mirror at home?

I saw a trailer for Gran Torino recently. Clint Eastwood is the coolest old man I have ever seen. I thought he was beginning to look frail in the behind the scenes documentaries for the movies he recently directed, but it looks like he buffed up for this role. Well, at least he’s not looking frail.

He might as well be Harry Callahan from what I saw in the trailer. An old man with a shotgun is still a formidable foe. There’s something about an old man giving it to punks that makes me happy. I hope all the old people go out to see this movie and make this a blockbuster. I wouldn’t mind seeing this as a new trend. Too bad Charles Bronson is no longer with us.

Sean, you should have a Film Junk poll about which elderly actor would be believable whooping young people’s asses. Sean Connery? Harrison Ford?

Besides….If I have to sit through another CGI filled film, like Transformers 2 or the supposed Pirates 4 then I’ll use a .357 on myself! I mean, that is most likely the reason all the classic good guys are coming back for one last show down with the thugs who are young and think they’re so cool…old school justice baby, it never gets old. FEEL ME?

And I can’t wait for Beverly Hills Cop 4, Eddie Murphy is funny as hell in those films!

WHAT? Look, I jot offened when I heard that they were making Live Free Or Die Hard, but when I saw it, I was ready for number five!
