I’d bet they’re just scared of the competition.
Frankly, I am a big fan of the DB series, but I do hope some popular movie comes out next April to aid the Japanese-led boycott in pulverizing this manifestation of disgust, so that Fox won’t get any ideas with desecrating the legend any further.
