Pistol Whipped Trailer Starring Steven Seagal
Guess who’s got another direct to DVD movie on the way? That’s right, it’s your old pal Steven Seagal, and he’s still kicking ass and taking names! Pistol Whipped is the latest cinematic masterpiece from the Dalai Lama’s favourite black belt, and the movie synopsis on IMDB prett much speaks for itself:
“Matt is an elite ex-cop whose life has gone down hill since he was kicked off the Force. After a rough encounter with a mysterious henchman, Matt is brought face to face with his only chance at reclaiming his life and clearing his gambling debt markers. Only after he gets started on his new tasks does he recognize good guy from bad. Meanwhile Matt’s love for his only daughter helps him battle one of his greatest enemies, alcoholism.”
Pistol Whipped is directed by Roel Reiné and co-stars Lance Henriksen. The DVD hits stores tomorrow (March 4th). Check out the trailer below!

One of my favorite past times is watching cheesy action movies, but there really haven’t been any worth checking out since the eighties/early nineties. I love Lance Henriksen, but after seeing another of Seagal’s more recent films called Submerged, I have no hope that even Lance could make this worth watching. On another note, I can’t decide if Pistol Whipped is the best or worst movie title I’ve ever heard.

And the opening bit about being approved by “The International Council for Steven Seagal Worship” is pretty cute.
