It's a really awesome tv show, and the live shows are great, and I'm excited about the movie, don't get me wrong, but... I think that the show might seem a bit overblown in a movie. It sort of gets rid of that feeling that it's small, and if it for whatever reason it fails, it might turn people away from the Boosh forever... It's all a matter of time. I LOVE THE BOOSH!!! I can easily say it is my all time favourite show. And the idea they will be creating a movie could not make me happier! I wholeheatedly agree that the idea of the mighty boosh becomeing largely popular culture is terrible nonetheless. If there was a way to make the movie without the movie being popular it would be the best of both worlds. I think it could work, as the live dvd's have worked well and they are movie length it just depends on the way noel and julian choose to write it. But I am one of those fans that got in to Boosh-watching at 2am on BBC3 back in 2004/5 and feel like it is 'mine' and the thought of it having the 'Hollywood Treatment' - though I wish all the boosh boys success - does make my skin crawl a bit. I don't want the world and his wife to know about the crazy boosh world, I want it to be for the insomniacs and weirdos forever.
