Yes, it;s a close and intimate look at Hollywood sadness and self-delusion--definitely "The Day of the Locust" terrain--but I ended up feeling great empathy for the "heroes" who were profiled. It's a must-see for those who are interested in subcultures or extreme psychological profiles. I felt a little depressed after watching this movie, but I still was fascinated by it.
