Perhaps if you actually watched a film before commenting on it, then you might be better at your job, or your hobby, whatever this website is. You are so badly misinformed about this film that it’s laughable, and your dismissive arrogance is extremely unpleasant. Waz is nothing like torture porn, which you would know, if you had watched it. It’s a thought-provoking film, in which the violence isn’t used for gratuitous effect. The violence is, in fact, quite restrained. And I say that as somebody who doesn’t like violent films.

WAZ is not torture porn – nowhere near it. What exactly are you basing your, it must be said, smug, write up on? This is a thought provoking and emotional film. it certainly does not deserve to be compared to The Number 23! Why not try basing your blurbs on something other than misinformed assumptions.

Saw it on a festival back in summer 07 here in Germany and it’s not much of a torture porn flick. more an seven/saw mixup and a pretty decent watch.
