David Gordon Green is going to be huge at some point, All The Real Girls was amazing. He very seldom gets good reviews, his movies are real life, no fairy tale endings, no Hollywood mainstream crap yet.

I saw this movie. It’s actually pretty great… and it’s not really a “missing children” movie. The little girl is missing during part of it, but it’s only a small part of the overall plot. I think this trailer is a little misleading. The movie has a nice indie-feel and a great look about it. I love that.
The characters are endearing, emotive, and complicated. It’s definitely a sad one, but also definitely worth seeing.

Story looks a little conventional, but very well crafted. Plus, a little Nikki Kat never hurt anyone. Plus I’ll see just about anything with Beckinsdale. I’d pay to watch her stare at a wall for two hours.

David Gorden Green hmmm… this is a real love hate thing for me. I like this guys style, I think he is one of the few directors david lynch being another. That can make a really dreamlike movie. All of his films feel dream like.

But I don’t like the stories or lack of one in just about all of hims movies. I have to watch George Washington again but I remember not liking it very much.
