Row Three: A New Movie Supersite is Launched

The online movie community, much like the rest of the internet, is constantly changing and evolving with new websites popping up every day and old ones shutting down. This is why a site like Row Three makes so much sense. A group of dedicated movie bloggers have decided to pool their efforts together in order to create the ultimate destination for film discussion on the web. The contributors for the new site are: Andrew James (Movie Patron), Kurt Halfyard (Movie Patron Cinecast/Twitch), Marina Antunes (Mad About Movies), John Allison (Film Grotto) and Jonathan Burdick (Cinema Fusion). Some of their previous sites will continue to exist without them, and some won’t, but I think this new site is going to quickly become a must-read on your daily travels around the web. Why not head over there now and drop them a line?

  1. I like the idea of this, and I don’t want to piss in anyones soup, but when I went over there it was still just covering news.

  2. There are several features that will standout though like their Finite Focus posts. The site is only a few weeks old and they have a bunch of reviews listed already. What I’d like to see more of actually are opinion pieces. Andrew posted one about blockbuster and its starting to give the site a voice. He actually has been kicking ass with all the writing he’s doing.

  3. I just think that if these people can each run great movie sites on their own, the combined diversity of content that they will generate on one site is going to be huge.

  4. Thanks for the ‘defense’ Primal and the warm welcome Sean!

  5. I certainly have not dismissed the site.

  6. I’m glad you haven’t dismissed us Henrik, we are still in the intial phases. All of my time so far has been fixing the site up for minor bugs.

While we be presenting some of the news we hope that we can also provide discussion provoking pieces on different aspects of the movies we love.

If there is something you would like to see then please feel free to send us an email or comment on one of the posts. We really want the site to be a place where people can discuss film of all types.

  7. It’s great to be working with such like-minded people. Look forward to collaborating with you sometime in the future again too, Sean!
