heck yeah! I will go on record that though I'm not expecting much (in that I'm cool and cynical way) I'm really giddy (in that I'm still 10 years old and I used to play Indiana Jones in the woods outside my house kind of way) in hopes for more adventure. Man growing up for our generation is rough the nostalgia is beat against us and once that music starts in the theatre I'll be part of the aparatus and it'll be no fun if the experience sucks. Crysal Skull ... ugh.

Treat Williams, how I love you so. Two Words:

"DEAD HEAT"

Yum.

(oh yea, add mr. J.J. Abrams to my personal dislike list. MI3 was a very flat and uninteresting film which is even more unforgivable for wasting Phillip Seymour Hoffman in a villain role...)

Rian - Add "BEFORE THE DEVIL KNOWS YOUR DEAD" to your anticipated list....one of the best American movies of the year and a great double bill with NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN.

Henrik - What's wrong with Deep Rising? I like that movie. Treat Williams in da house!

The ordering is approximate and I could only come up with 18, but here's my list:

1.) No Country For Old Men
2.) RocknRolla
3.) The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
4.) Iron Man
5.) Wall-E
6.) Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer
7.) I Am Legend
8.) Wanted
9.) Speed Racer
10.) Cloverfield (aka 1-18-08) (aka untitled JJ Abrams project)
11.) Hellboy 2
12.) The Dark Knight
13.) James Bond 22
14.) The Incredible Hulk
15.) Indiana Jones 4
16.) Sweeney Todd
17.) Bee Movie
18.) Eagle Eye

I really hated The Mummy. I didn't mind The Mummy Returns though because I knew what I was getting. It had some pretty funny moments. Van Helsing was damn boring. I need to see the trailer to see how much I really this unwanted sequel. I'd bump up Speed Racer much higher on the list.

I'd definitely put the untitled J.J Abrams project, John Rambo, 10,000 B.C., Hellboy 2: The Golden Army, Bond 22, and The Pineapple Express.

Remove 3, 5, 9, 13, 14, 18, 19, and 20.

Ignorants! Perhaps you should add 'Deep Rising' to your movie club list!

Add me to the 'Mummy Bashing' choir! I really, really have a full hate-on for anything and everything that Seven Sommers has brought to the big screen.

I gotta say that i'm looking forward to the Dark Knight the most, on this list. Then maybe Speed Racer now that I've read all about that new filming technique.

I've seen the first national treasure movie and it's alright. Around the same level as Die Hard 4 as far as summer action movies go, I'd say. It's been awhile since I saw it though.

Sean, I will not stand for anymore of your bashing of The Mummy! The Mummy Returns is an awesome movie. Great eye-candy and quality comedy with the kid annoying the huge black man on the train. Even though this third one could turn out to be a huge piece of shit, it's definitely more deserving of hope than Wall-E. Or The Dark Knight for that matter. Didn't Rob Cohen say it would contain three-headed dragons too? How can you not give that the benefit of the doubt? We're getting closer and closer to a theatrical closure to Dungeons & Dragons (the animated series). Tiamat on the big screen - or else I'll boycott.

All I can say is that my parents own the first National Treasure on DVD... that's gotta mean something! The Mummy is another franchise that is mind-bogglingly popular for no apparent good reason.

I can't help but notice that Wall-E isn't on the list. And how is Step Brothers ahead of Semi-Pro?
